Spend this Valentine’s morning together in your pyjamas, enjoying these yummy chocolate pancakes with strawberries & nutella, while listening to the romantic classics like Frank Sinatra!
I don’t regularly eat nutella or recommend doing so… but if there’s one day to indulge, Valentine’s is the best day to do it ;)

Cacao powder is actually really good for you! I’m talking about the unsweetened, raw kind.
It’s known to improve brain power and function
It’s full of amazing antioxidants that help fight inflammation
It contains an important mineral: magnesium, which is used in almost every cell in the body
It can elevate mood as it may help you produce more of your “happy” hormone
Improve calcium absorption, which can help build and maintain strong bones
These are just some of the amazing reasons why you’ll see me using cacao as a star ingredient in so many of my recipes!
There is so much more to whole foods than you can imagine.
Happy love day <3
