Y O G U R T P A R F A I T
1 cup unsweetened yogurt of choice (I use Ellenos Vanilla Greek Yogurt)
Pick your fresh fruit: raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, bananas, apples, etc.
Pick a protein: protein powder, mixed nuts or nut butter
Pick some fiber: granola, oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds
Optional — sweeten it up: raw honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, stevia, monk fruit, etc.

You may either layer your ingredients with the yogurt, or top all of your ingredients over the yogurt and enjoy for a yummy and nutritious breakfast!
